With New Zealand having such a strong biosecurity focus at our borders, anything imported requires a lot of approvals. We are making sure we're following all the right steps with the Ministry for Primary Indsutries, so that our shipments will not get held up at the border.

Unfortunately big New Zealand suppliers of pet products (eg, MasterPet, Brooklands, AviOne) do not accept distributor applications from online-only stores such as ours.
