Kauri Perch

Locally sourced branches (grown in Waiuku), left with bark on, air dried, and cut roughly to size. Stainless steel hardware (imported from Australia) installed by Parrot Treats. 

Rough bark perching adds chewing enrichment for your parrots and gives them variety for their feet. The bark may have some natural dried lichen on it.

Sizes may vary as stated below. Photos are indicative - perches are all slightly different. Perches have some natural bends and knots, not all are perfectly straight.

Size: 40-44 cm in length, 1-2 cm in diameter, very light weight.

🦜Suitable for medium and small birds to perch on, might be too narrow for birds bigger than a cockatiel/conure.
